How to Overcome the Summer Slump

Do you have a case of the Mondays?  It’s mid-summer, and if you aren’t at the beach or your favorite vacation spot, you might be struggling this morning.  If so, here are a few ways to kickstart your week:

 

1.       Move at least 30 minutes

2.       Take in good information (podcast, read, audiobook)

3.       Make a Monday checklist

4.       Eat a strong breakfast

5.       Take the day moment by moment instead of everything at once

 

Even if you have missed your workout, you can still fuel well, take in good information, make a checklist, and take the day moment by moment.
