How to Monday-Proof Your Mondays
Hi, friends. I hope your Monday starts out joyfully and healthy. However, I know that not everyone enjoys Mondays.
On top of that, many of you are wrestling with sickness, financial worries, and some seasonal depression. Starting the week again can be tough, but remind yourself:

Today is a good day to be kind to yourself.
Its always a good day to be kind to others.
Review your goals
Give it your all
Try to make a difference in at least one person’s life today
