How to Reclaim 20 Hours a Week in Your Business

It’s January 2021.  And while you are thankful to start a new year, not much has changed since 2020.  In fact, things might be so rough that your plan is to cut back even more on your budget.  Tightening the belt seems like the right choice.

And while that may feel like a logical conclusion, we would offer a word of caution.

While everyone is cutting back might make sense, don’t start with your marketing budget.

Oh, I can hear you right now.  Your thinking, “Of course you would say not to start with the marketing budget.  You own a marketing company.”

True, but hear me out.  If you effectively farm out your marketing, you might actually be multiplying your time, and extra time is the one commodity your business needs most.

Take social media for example.

A single social media post might only take five minutes to create, but effective social media for your company takes at least one hour a day.  That’s the minimum amount of time it takes to effectively create an audience and engage with them online.  And it takes at least 20 posts a month to keep that audience engaged.

The math is easy.  Effective social media for you and your company is going to take around 20 hours a month. Do you have that much time?  Does the part time person you pay to do your social media have that kind of time?

Can you imagine what you could get done if you had an extra 20 hours a month and your social media was done effectively?

That’s what we can do for you in 2021.  And if you are not convinced, we will gladly work a 60-day trial to make sure you are happy with our work.

So, 2021 might be the year for cutting back, but don’t let it be the one avenue you have to touch a large audience with your message each and every day.

Hang in there, and please let us know if we can ever be an encouragement to you.
