Are We In a Post-Covid 19 Economy?

Are we in a post-Covid 19 economy?

Mask mandates have eased up.

Over a quarter of a billion Americans have at least one shot of the Covid-19 vaccine.

2 million more get a vaccine shot per day.

So, are we in a post-Covid 19 economy?  Yes and no.

Yes, in that so much of the country is opening and removing restrictions.

No, in that the employment shortage, remaining pandemic fear, and crushing debt remain.

So, how do we navigate the semi-post-Covid 19 world?  Here are three suggestions:

Market

Connect

Encourage

First, ramp up your marketing efforts.  Gaining the most attention may very well be the difference-maker for someone choosing between you and your competitor.

Second, connect with other business owners in things like masterminds and cohorts.  These are not just networking groups.  These are designed to stretch you and help you grow as a professional.

Third, be encouraging online and in person.  There has been too much negativity in the last year and a half.  Online and in-person, keep it upbeat.  No one wants to frequent any place or work with negativity.  Even sharing too much during networking might hinder you.  Keep your frustrations for committed groups like masterminds and cohorts.

No matter what, we are all excited to move in to a new direction.  Succeeding in this environment is about being strategic.  Marketing, connecting, and encouraging is the way go to go.

As always, please let us know if we can help.
