Chris Lowman, the outgoing Under Secretary of the Army and nominee for Assistant Secretary of Defense, will be speaking at the “John Maxwell Leadership Series – No Limits Leadership” seminar on May 13th at Stevenson Ridge.

A graduate of the National War College, as well as the distinguished Harvard Kennedy School, Chris has served our country for the past twenty years and will bring his unique perspective on leadership and mindset to the Fredericksburg area.
